1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a product or using the CitadHell launcher you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication.
- One person per account. Sharing, reselling or transferring accounts or license keys is not allowed.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud or chargebacks, or abuse the service or other users.
3. Licenses
- A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the purchased duration. Software is licensed, not sold.
- Licenses may be bound to a hardware ID (HWID). HWID resets are limited as shown in your account.
- The duration of time-limited licenses starts as described on the product page (at activation or purchase).
- Reverse engineering, cracking, redistributing or tampering with the software or the launcher is prohibited and results in license revocation without refund.
4. Third-party games and risk
- Our products interact with third-party games. Using them may violate those games' terms of service and may result in penalties, including account bans, imposed by the game publisher.
- Product status ("undetected", "updating", etc.) is provided for information only and is not a guarantee.
- You use the software at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action taken against your game accounts.
5. Availability and updates
Game updates can temporarily break products. We work to restore functionality but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance downtime is not grounds for a refund unless stated in the Refund Policy.
6. Payments
Prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed by third-party cryptocurrency payment providers. An order is fulfilled once the provider confirms the payment. Underpaid or expired invoices are not fulfilled.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
